I assume there are many five-year pledges. At this point I would imagine many donors have made their second payments, so you have at least three years on those five years commits. It seems reasonable that any major project would be at least five years away.
I think the last two major projects were done in order or most difficult to easiest. I think the east side grandstand and skyboxes will get funded fairly rapidly once the decision is made to move forward with it. I think the skyboxes have a waiting list bigger than the number they’re building. The only disincentive I see is that they’re able to sell about 2,000 SRO tickets without building anything. But I don’t think it’s very significant.
