He has the size and could be a big run stopper in the middle. I mean we can always use rotation guys. Losing a couple studs this year and ya never know with injuries and such.
I don’t know much about him other than he was highly recruited out of high school….
It looks like his offers at this point are Montana Western, Montana Tech and the Griz…
Wondering how serious his injury was? I’m surprised that he is not getting more offers from D1 schools (at this point anyway).
I would say that we can never have too many OL/DL Montana boys.
He'll be a Griz. Incredibly dominant HS player. If he's past the injury bug, should develop into an all-conference DT.
As for MSU, we have 6 DTs who will be ready for rotation next year. Zack Black and Talon Marsh will likely be the starters. Hunter Sharbono and Josiah Asuega (true frosh who played in 4 games) will push for 1st team reps. Grayson Schneider had a very good true freshman year on the scout team. And Bozeman's own Hudson Weins will be going into his 3rd season so development should start to blossom with him. I like our interior D-line going into next year. A pile of depth and talent. Hanks would have hypothetically fit into the competition with those first four. Likely a similar path to Alec Eckert.
