Powdrell put on 20 lbs which is awesome.

I'm not sure where it is, but I had AFCAT post a picture I got from Colter of Powdrell.

It's on page 1 of this thread and Colter got it from Sean Herrin's post. Powdrell is on the far right.

The crazy part is it doesn't even really look like he's flexing. His arms look like they are hanging pretty lose. Can't imagine just walking around looking like that!

In fairness, not many people in the world are walking around looking like that. Just in this photo you have top FCS athletes who are training in a similar fashion as he is. And not many look like him.

They have a paywall but it's pretty weak. Once you find the right browser just stick with that for 406 (Incognito mode always works).

Schmidt and Wehr year one and six. What a contrast in just the mug shots.

It's an incredible transformation for both of them. And I believe the weights, because so much of it is just the normal maturation for a bigger kid at 18 vs. 24. And obviously they've lifted hard and taken in a bunch of calories.
