Powdrell put on 20 lbs which is awesome.
I'm not sure where it is, but I had AFCAT post a picture I got from Colter of Powdrell.
It's on page 1 of this thread and Colter got it from Sean Herrin's post. Powdrell is on the far right.

Image
That’s not the pic. Well, it is but it’s cropped down. I re-sent it. Initially sent on 7-17-24.
I posted it here. Same photo, just cropped.

I mean, holy S**T dude. Jack city

The crazy part is it doesn't even really look like he's flexing. His arms look like they are hanging pretty lose. Can't imagine just walking around looking like that!
In fairness, not many people in the world are walking around looking like that. Just in this photo you have top FCS athletes who are training in a similar fashion as he is. And not many look like him.

The really crazy part is that he is also one of the fastest guys on the team.

They have a paywall but it's pretty weak. Once you find the right browser just stick with that for 406 (Incognito mode always works).

Kind of fun to see the year-over-year changes with some of these kids. I know Wehr and Schmidt have been here for 6 years, but good Lord!

Exciting news fellow nerds!

It looks like the roster has been updated in regards to height/weight. I won’t spoil any surprises for you. :)
Spoiler alert: don't continue if you want to be surprised by looking them up yourself.

Here's some guys that figure into the mix:
DE
Eiden 6-1, 245
Crews 6-4, 235
Grebe 6-3, 250
Parsons 6-4, 245

DT
Black 6-4, 275
Sharbono 6-2, 280
Schmidt 6-2, 300
Brott 6-3, 290
Marsh 6-1, 280
Eckert 6-2, 280
Marsh is up to 280?!?! Is that legit?
That's what it says on the roster.

Subtract 15-20 lbs. each and you will have a more accurate figure.

Really? How would you know? It honestly looks more like you're making a very broad brush speculation. That's fine if speculating and doubting the program is what you want to do but seriously why?

Gary still believes players can’t put on that much weight over a year.

Schmidt and Wehr year one and six. What a contrast in just the mug shots.

It's an incredible transformation for both of them. And I believe the weights, because so much of it is just the normal maturation for a bigger kid at 18 vs. 24. And obviously they've lifted hard and taken in a bunch of calories.

I forgot that Wehr was originally a DL. Pretty damn good call to move him over to the other side!
