I have suddenly lost interest in next weeks game as the playoffs was all I cared about. Who wants to buy my ticket?

P.S. I would have liked to see better play calling on the 4 plays from the 2 but oh well.

The playcalling was fine, they just didn't execute the plays.

Good lord BAC, I was just pointing out that I didn't take the 1-10 comment well either; I wasn't debasing anyone on here in regards to their loyalty or my objective choice of whether they have a loser mentality. I wasn't classifying the poster as such either.

I don't know what made you wake up on the wrong side of the bed today, but your head might be in need of some reexamination if you think that me or anyone else for that matter will be UNhappy if our Cats beat the Griz next week.

Playcalling wouldn't have been any sort of issue if the defense hadn't squandered a 21 point lead.

Can anyone who personally witnessed the game today elaborate on why we have had such a huge meltdown over the past 2 weeks?

It was simple...the Bobcats could not even come close to stopping EWU's passing game in the second half. EWU passed to Austin's side over and over and over again, and it worked every time. The defense clearly got worn down in the second half.

Winning one game, even if it is against your number one arch-rival, does not make a season and anyone who believes it does is living in their own private not-wit world.

This is the thinking of pathetic milksops, typical of the thinking at MSU.

For this reason Kramer will never make it beyond 1-AA - he will continue to be at MSU only as long as the administration tolerates his ineptitude! 4 & 5 loss seasons get you nowhere in any classificatioon of football.

Its time for Kramer to begin moving on. I understand Colorado School of Mines is looking for a coach!

Never Played, you are an idiot and it's obvious you "never played". No one thinks that beating the griz will make the season. But, we will beat the griz because we are the better team. And yes, beating them will help us get to next year. Damn, I can't stand this.

I remember this idiot from the ESPN board. He's supposedly a Colorado State fan who has no affiliation with either Montana university but when he moved here the griz were doing better. Classic case of a bandwagon jumper. He also jumped on the Zags b-ball bandwagon as well so if that tells you anything....

Moderators, is there anyway you can ban this idiot from EVER posting on this site? He brings absolutely NOTHING to the table except for ever-increasing proof that one's IQ does lower each time one posts.

I agree 110%, badasscat. I hate that attitude. I blame that attitude as the sole reason behind a 16-year losing streak to the friz. It puts WAY too much unnecessary pressure on the guys, which ends up causing them to play tight and not their best. Beating the griz is on our PROGRAM's list of goals at the start of the year, and you know where? #5. There are 4 more important goals we strive for each year. Kramer said it on the post-game: it is going to take a few days to get over this, because we don't play Bobcat Football for the purpose of beating the griz - we play Bobcat Football for the purpose of making it to the national playoffs and competing for a national championship. Unfortunately, the only goal still within our reach now is beating the griz, and that is still something to play for. I'll tell you one thing - the two best teams in the Big Sky, BY FAR, played against each other in Bozeman today. Shame we blew our chances last week, but what can you do?

all of the other "Jock" Sigma Nu's I knew in college - no brains, just brawn and truly were the laughing stock by everyone on fraternity row at CSU.

I was a loyal fan of the Bobcats back in the early 80's and in 1984 when they won the 1-AA national chamiponship. I moved out of the state for eleven years and upon my return my allegiances were with the Grizzlies.

I happen to support winning teams with winning programs and not half-hearted teams who play all season so they can beat their arch-rival and call it a successful season. I gladly support the Montana Grizzlies, who I find will go out and recruit top notch players and coaches, resulting in successful programs year after year.

Furthermore I don't support teams with drug-ridden assistant coaches who bring shame on their School.

How many Big Sky Football Titles have the Bobcats won in the last 15 years smart mouth?

We got rid of our stupid druggie coach (not plural, dipsh*t). I see you like supporting teams that have player after player after player get arrested, and fire a priest during the middle of the season. It seems the grizzlies like beating up on poor defenseless women... why doesn't it surprise me that you put yourself right in with this crowd?

Yeah, I went too far with that. I just didn't care for the "loser" comment towards a fan who was just trying to lighten things up. It seemed like some misdirected frustration on his part, so I misdirected some of my frustration in kind.

Speaking of misdirected frustration, it looks like neverplayed is out in full force now. When we lose ourselves for a moment, at least we can take solace in knowing that we don't have to be in his shoes all of the time. That's incentive enough for me to sign off for the evening.
