Did anyone catch the official attendance? I thought I heard it was about 4100, but wasn't sure. I know there was definitely more butts in the seats than on thursday. What a fun game....GREAT WIN!!!

Box score here.

Attendance listed as 4691. That seems about right. You're not going to lose too many games when you shoot 59% from the floor! Anyway, a few thoughts...

Ryan Holmes is extremely impressive...he scored 6 straight points at one point in the first half, and looks very comfortable on the court for a freshman. Mick got a good one here. Note for Dennis Woodall, let someone else shoot the 3! ;) Moss and Jefferson are both great, as is Miller as long as he doesn't have a 4-17 shooting night or something like that. More fouls on MSU, but I think that was justified. This group of refs was about 100 times better than the clowns we had on Thursday.

For a while there I wasn't sure if I was watching the Bobcats or maybe Browning, Lodge Grass, or Plenty Coups! Our three guard lineup of Jefferson, Miller, and Durham just blew it up with steals and layups. They were swarming them! Miller pushed the ball really hard during that run, Al was getting blocks, Marvin was rebounding and it was off to the races.

A great game by everyone-all contributed and all played well.

Great crowd-it seemed to keep filling up until we went up by 20 and then it slowly started emptying.

Durham did a good job of managing the game with our entire front line in foul trouble. Carson Durr played his role really well-got a lot of defensive rebounds.

If Msla is right and we had a chance to get Landry (NAU's freshman center), that's going to haunt us the next 3.5 years. He's going to be a real nice player.

Great game guys! Let's go get the next one-might as well keep winning, eh?
