Couldn't agree more. If it weren't for foul trouble I think we would have blown them out by 20+. We are still in good shape but it is a lot closer than I would prefer.

Absolutely and I love it. Casey catches a lot of crap and especially from the griz fans. I bet this feels good for him and Daddy.

For sure! I think everyone, Bobcats/Griz/Others were unsure if Casey belonged on the court before this season started, but he has proven that no matter who his dad is he should be playing at this level!

And Casey did indeed win the player of the game award! Great day for him!!

Oh and Lynch is playing dirty sounds like. Cut the garbage Griz you are losing, try and do it graciously, I know Larry Krystowiak will take a defeat very graciously!

I think a lot of Larry but he needs to give a little of his class to his players. Two intentional fouls, an elbow from Lynch, and now a shove to Jefferson that results in a T on Jaron. I hope it doesn't get any uglier the last minute. Losing is tough but it can be done with class.

Absolutely!! Losing can be done with class and I have a lot of respect for Larry Krystowiak. Every interview he gives credit to the opponent and isn't immature like one of the other coaches at UM.

Big win. We needed this one. That may be the closest margin of victory for a pretty good butt kickin. Now we have to go take care of business on this road trip and set up a huge game with PSU in 2 weeks.

I just got back from the game, and it was amazing! I think the attendance was 6,500 and change. The crowd was great. The students were awesome, the football players (cheering in the stands) were great. That stretch where I think casey hit a three, and then we stole the ball and we down for an alley-oop for Pratt....I have never ever heard the brick so loud. Great job today goes out to all of the players, fans, coaches.....EVERYONE. Yet another great day to be a BOBCAT!

on another note.....hopefully Ryan Cole was at that game....the atmosphere was incredible.

Cole was not at the game and I was told that we are no longer going after him. Coaches feel solid with what we already have.

I think all griz and Cat fans could agree on one thing-it was a pretty ugly game. The griz outside shooting was paltry-the Cats was just a little better-with one exception-Casey Durham was on fire.

I think our guards really got into their guard's heads. That and a swinging elbow in Worthington is actually an offensive foul and not a foul on Casey Durham's forehead.

I thought Davis and Moss kind of cancelled each other out. Both are great players. Moss got going a little more in the second half, but MSU had a big lead most of that time and was trying to run clock-thus part of the ugliness. Durham teams have never been any good at stalling.

Kris Atteberry pointed out on the postgame show that with the exception of Davis and Woodall-all the same players will be on the floor next season-thus the Cat-griz games should be even bigger and better.

Another encouraging sign-this team is getting better at holding a lead. They gave some of it away at the beginning of the half, but then Brandon Miller came to life. Nice to see that.

I figured it might be a good day when Casey banks in a three and a little later on Criswell misses two freethrows.

Here's hoping we're done with those guys until next season-though I suspect we'll be meeting again in the tourney championship-just a feeling.

  Griz plan is working. Positioning Cats to host the tournament. I would have liked to have seen the Griz compete but Martin 1-8 and Criswell 0-7 and Durham took the fun out of it. No one will be expecting the Griz to show up for the championship game in the tournament. For the guy who has not seen Martin, Martin is okay and has not let anything bother him all year. You might want to get used to him. He may not get out of the dog house to start in the tournament game but he will be in at least 6 more cat Griz games and you will not be seeing the old 1-8. Durham was 0-4 in Missoula. Another way to look at is where do want to play your tournament game. In Portland ?? If not you may have to root for the Griz vs Portland or we may be looking in on the tournament long distance. Here is hoping I get rooms in Bozeman.

Looks like if we do end up hosting... I would venture to guess we will probably play Sac St and the friz will play PSU....(after sac and friz host preliminaries.) Long way to go though...lets eliminate the doubt, sweep the road trip, beat PSU and EWU.

I saw Mo Milton sitting with Travis at the women's game Saturday and he looked pretty healthy to me!

I saw Lulay at the men's game as well, as well as a big mean-looking guy with a Arizona jersey on... Kolone I assume?

I wanted to ask Lulay to marry me, but I don't think it would have worked... we come from two different worlds. Plus were both dudes.

Really Celtic If Lulay does it for you, by all means follow your heart, but remember that it
is illegal to marry Lulay in the State of Montana as of Jan 1,. You may want to move
back to Lulays home state of Oregon.

Can't a boy dream?

On the same note, the Griz cheerleaders are a lot hotter than ours. I give them that.

The section I was sitting in was non-stop Davis bashing. I think they got into his head or something.
