Perfect. We need you
What are you even talking about? Like, you need Cat fans to buy tickets to the game and cheer the bison on?

Can they both lose? That'd be perfect.

Entz is leaving? Won't matter. The green and gold will roll to Frisco like they always do.

It’s a tough game to call. Hard to say if UM has come back to earth or just had a bad game vs Furman. Hard to say if NDSU is back to its old self (didn’t look like it vs MSU) or if they just played out their minds vs USD. Also, hard to say what effect Entz leaving will have.

MSU - 16 team National Champions (most recent 2024); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).

I would hate to predict this game. I thought UM would blow out Furman. Wrong. Is NDSU really that good? We had them absolutely defeated if we kick FGs. How good is UM? As our good friend Bobby said, they sure gave us a good ole "ass kicking." So which teams will show up Saturday? Since UM beat us by 30 and we really had NDSU whipped, I guess UM should be the favorite. But then you have Furman. I'm totally confused. I would never bet on this one.

I truly can't stand either team, so I'm rather neutral on who wins.
However, I did wonder, if the gris actually make it to the natty, and by some miracle, win, what are the chances Booby retires? I mean could this year ever be topped for him? Win Cat-Gris, get coach of the year, most wins in the Big Sky all time record, then win the NC. What else would he need to do to go out on that note?
Not that I want to hear gris fans gloat and brag all year, but it would be interesting.
Don't make Bobby into the next Nick Saban. He isn't.

Last time NDSU played in Missoula I think you got your butts handed to you. I'm expecting this to happen again.

I was in Bobcat Stadium and was not impressed with NDSU.

Hopefully Reed is ready to run the show and bring a more balanced offense to the table. Doesn't seem sustainable to keep using Tommy the way we have.
That's on the OC. Designed empty back run was a Chambers call. And he wore that out.

Griz scored a last second TD on 4th and goal to win 38-35. Not exactly a butt kicking. The butt kicking happened in the rematch in the playoffs. Bison won 37-6

Oh, totally not. But just thinking what would keep him there longer? He said it himself after Cat-Gris that the home team has had the advantage the past several years, which means the Cats may be favored again to win next year. That won't set well with the gris faithful. In addition he's losing players, to graduation and maybe the portal, Bergen plus others? Anyway, just pondering.

I'm changing my prediction for UM vs NDSU. I didn't realize that the NDSU coach has announced that he is leaving to coach LBs at USC. So for all practial purposes he has basically left NDSU and is now involved in recruiting for USC. Some NDSU players, rather than focusing on the UM game, are probably lining up their stratgies to enter the portal, most likely hoping to go to USC. UM has gotten their "off" game over with against Furman, at least that's what Bobby assures us. UM administered an "ass kicking" as Bobby put it, to MSU, winning by 30 points. NDSU on the other hand, only won against MSU because the Bobcats don't have a reliable kicker for FGs and PATs. And NDSU is FAVORED?? Talk about easy money. Too bad it is so complicated to place a bet in the state of Montana on FCS game (I think you have to do it in person rather than online if I'm not mistaken.) I am now predicting that UM will clobber the coachless, wandering bison herd from Fargo. Hey Bison fans: Enjoy your 14 hour, 1000 mile dirve through the snow over to watch your team get clobbered. Then enjoy your 14 hour drive back. The GOOD NEWS: You will be able to scalp your Frisco tickets to thousands of griz fans waiting to gobble them up. We all know how you Bison faithful love to buy up all of the FRisco tickets.

Already happened.

Put my tickets up on AXS 3rd Q or CAT/griz and someone bought them last night.

No NDSU or SDSU fan would have paid that much for them so......

Both Bohl and Klingaman announced they were taking other jobs after the quarterfinals. I think Entz will still be there and both he and the team want another NC. USC doesnt need Entz for recruiting and their pointless bowl game. If you think the Bison will throw in the towel you are crazy.

I think its a 50/50 game right now, if um plays like they did Friday then NDSU gets a rematch with SDSU.

I just can't for the griz. I won't. The arrogance and vitriol that we'll see from their fans next year would be unbearable should they make the championship game.

So... go biSon. And yes, I'm still saying it with an 'S'.

griz fans; keeping it classy and gracious in winning since ... well, never.

Well USD beat NDSU first time and then were dealt a much worse ass kicking. Comparative scores are not good predictors.
