Comment on the implications of this "off the cuff" remark by Clifton McDowell on the Brawl. Does this mean he's not ready for the intensity? Will his teammates get him ready?

How many minutes is the over/under on the ref calling Un-sportsmanship on both sidelines?

Both teams are committed to playing two QBs. Which QB plays more snaps for each team?

2 questions for you guys this week about the playoffs, and I ask now because I want you to have to answer before the seeding and brackets have been made.
1. Let's hope and assume the Cats win this week and end up seeded above both UI and UM so we have home field against either of them should we be on the same side of the bracket. Which of those 2 would you prefer to see in a quarterfinal or semifinal game at Bobcat stadium?

2. If on the other hand we had to travel to one of their home fields in the quarter or semi game which place would you prefer the Cats have to go to?

As an aside, for those who may be upset and offended that I used the word we when referring to the Bobcat football team please know that I'm perfectly aware that I don't suit up and play for the Bobcats nor do I coach for them. I use the word we as a general reference to the team that I have passionately followed and supported in many ways for over 50 years. Through those many years every player and coach that I've interacted with has made me feel very WElcomed to them and the Bobcat family, and our AD Leon Costelo WElcomes me and my support while knowing I'm not on his whale list. With that history of WElcoming no-one stands a snowballs chance of making me feel bad for using WE. Again it's not that I'm so important to Bobcat football, it's that Bobcat football is that important to me.

I can't really take credit for it, but a new nickname suggestion for Brendan Hall after his extraordinary kickoff and punting performances, "The Boot" or perhaps "Das Boot" because that is way more fun to say.

Could you please give a shoutout to the following?

- MSU Volleyball for one of the best seasons in recent memory and specifically for their reverse sweep of Weber State
- MSU Men's XC for making NCAA Nationals for the second year in a row. Top 25 program anywhere in the nation

Interested to know what both of your plans were to watch the game. . .

1)As sports journalists of the Montana State Bobcats do you both have a certain obligation to watch at least one game in Washington Grizzly Stadium?
2)Do you think watching the game in Missoula would change the way you see the rivalry?

I can't wait for them to answer this one because they don't consider themselves journalists and Foley already got called out for being a bad luck charm. :)

Last year, it was the unstoppable force of the Cats rushing attack against the immovable object of the Griz rushing defense. We all know how that went... will it be the same this year or different?

My question is … Is Bud Light Bobby’s beer of choice?
Maybe it’s been asked already, not sure so I thought I’d throw it out there. 😉

With success comes attention, with attention comes cockiness, with cockiness comes arrogance, with arrogance comes rudeness...and they wonder why I hate the Griz ! FTG

Realistically, is anyone on the Cats coaching for their job this postseason?

Do you think the Cats can regain that sense of urgency needed to perform well vs Bison?

Do you trust the coaches to come up with a good game plan to beat NDSU?

If you had to pick a head coach/offensive coordinator/defensive coordinator trio completely made up of former players who are still alive, who would you pick?

What do you think was the key failure this season? Obviously, there was a lot to it, but what was the most insurmountable?

The Cats lost 3 very close games to very good teams. In each of those losses, there were several key spots when the Cats simply did not make a play. These lack of making plays happened to the offense, defense, and special teams. Penalties at key times, not scoring touchdowns when inside the 10, missing kicks, etc. Was this due to a lack of focus or other thoughts?

Follow-up: what do you think needs to be done to fix said failure, and how confident are you that it will be fixed?

I think this is a very good assessment of the 2023 season. In close games the ability make field goals is critical, often being the difference maker.

With how prevalent special teams play has been in the playoffs this year it’s obvious that it is something to be improved upon. If you guys could call the shots what would you do?
