I've heard the same
I've also heard Justin Mesa at WR coach (+Special Teams?), but no idea of true or not. Guessing Walsh gets moved from TE to OL

Does Sterbick know Bob Stitt? Maybe Bob could sketch up some creative plays for him. I just get nervous when I hear Mines.

No, he wasn't there until several years after Stitt left for Missoula.

My brother played for him at Tech. Said he is a smart guy, that likes a lot of pre snap motion and bigger receivers, for what it’s worth.

They won two (of only 9 since 1986; a lot of years just a four team conference) Frontier titles at Tech. He was there for five years so he should have good familiarity with recruiting Montana.
