I noticed Vigen started following another transfer WR. As far as I can tell, they have only offered one of the WR's though.

I noticed the Cat coaches have been following kids named Fish, Lowen (Lions in German, minus the umlaut), and a Kollie (okay, spelling is suspect). Going for all animal name recruits this season. However, they are going after a Vigen too, so that may cancel the others out. Yes, I'm a bit bored.

He seems to be the main follower of the MN players, so that is probably a territory he is very interested in, but as you can see in post, Daly made the offer.
