Congrats to the men's and women's cross country teams for their impressive regional eighth place finish in the regional competition and especially ith their showing as compared to their cross state rivals the friz!

Also congrats to VB on their sweep over EWU tonight...hopefully they can do it again next week at the conference tournament!
