Had the pleasure once again of attending the volleyball match Saturday night at Shroyer & came away AGAIN proud to be a Bobcat.
The girls once again played a superb TEAM game & swept the first place Eagles; what a great confidence builder heading into the BSC tournament in Cheney this week. I would say based on this weekends play that the Cats have a great chance to come home as Big Sky Champions! This team is very talented & it looks to me that next year's squad will be just as good, if not better.
Special thanks to Megan Zanto for being such a great young lady; you really made my daughter's weekend & have given her a great role model. I have visions of one day watching her take the floor as a Bobcat & you have really helped motivate her to focus on what it takes to achieve great things.
I'm so glad that we at MSU have so much more than a football team to be proud of.
GOOD LUCK in Cheney, ladies!!!
GO CATS!!!!
Congrats to volleyball team...

I've been waiting for years to see the Cats beat the Eagles, so this was a great weekend. To sweep them was unimaginable going in. Eastern is very good. The Cats swarmed to dig up everything like I've never seem before. They played much better against Eastern, because they needed to. I don't know what they can do on the road, as they've been spotty this season away from the big crowds in Shroyer gym. Based on history, you have to like the Hornets chances, even in Cheney.
I think Kandice Kelly was the difference this year in making the Cats a notch better. For the first time, we have a top notch defender back there to make the first pass. Everybody played well saturday night. One should give credit to Senior LeAnn Kinvig for a really smart game in all areas. She's a non flashy player who does all of the little things that make a team.
Bobcats home conference record in games: 21 wins, 0 losses!!!!
Go Cats!!!
