Is it just me, or was this writeup kind of 'sterile' describing last Saturday in Bozeman. Not one mention of how beautiful it was/great football weather/the town or anything? He didn't even acknowledge it. I think he is becoming just like Moss and becoming another closet bandwagon Griz fan. For some reason for a day like that and how beautiful it was (and Doherty being from Back East) for him to not mention anything about it just blows my mind. That was an awesome time to be had up there on Saturday with the weather/game day atmosphere/fans etc.
Maybe I'm overreacting and he wanted the full writeup to be about EW, I don't know. Just seemed very one sided. But maybe thats what we get by losing a close big game like that.

He was certainly passionate about Harvard. I guess if it isn't a fancy condo at Big Sky Doherty isn't going to care.
It looked like a great day in Bozo on TV. (wish you would hurry up and fix the stadium the shadows really messed up Omega.

I clicked on the link before reading any of the other posts, and I came away thinking the exact same thing. To us Bobcat fans, Doherty comes away looking like a jackass with this article. Let's all send him a nice little e-mail (click on "comments" at bottom of page) and tell him so.

He was actually at the game, wasn't he? It's interesting that there weren't more intimate details about the game atmosphere, etc. For the most part, I could have written a very similar article just from listening to the game on the radio and reading the MSU and EWU press releases.

Exactly, I thought it was very bland article regarding MSU. Especially since it was his first trip to Bozeman.

He must not have enjoyed his trip to Bozeman. Alright, who forgot to supply the hookers for the visiting press corp? Haven't we learned anything from Colorado about impressing out of towners?

Did somebody see him out on the town? That's all Moss did was talk about being out on the town. Also, earlier in the year Doherty talked about the party he had down south someplace. Very odd, Bozeman suc%s

but I always have a good time. This is why I ask if somebody saw him and if it looked like he was having fun.

I thought it was a pretty good article, but I did think it was kind of strange that he didn't mention anything about the town, fans, etc.

Yeah, the opening intro sure described the game for sure/ending. I thought that was well done. Maybe he was limited on how many words he could write about it and chose to go with that. Sure seemed strange not to say one word about his trip to Bozeman though???? If your reading this Matt, I hope you had fun .. if not ... come back next year and have some of the fans/locals take you out and we'll show you a good time!!
