It's going to be a long boring day at work today, and I would appreciate it if someone had some recruiting news that could keep me busy. If you don't have any new news, then please feel free to make something up. I need all the news/entertainment I can get.

I don't even want to hear about them unless they have at least a 3.97 GPA and can run at least 4.44. We have standards, you know.

I think he weighs about as much as Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy combined.

Plus, if he was indeed that good .. he would have chosen the Griz right? He would have had to

Four starters from USC and two from Oklahoma are transfering as soon as they play one last game.

You heard that too? I heard Adrian Peterson is looking for a school where he can compete in women's skiing in the winter and get a degree in Engineering. He heard about us from Johnny Johns...it seems they went to summer school together when they were kids. Reportedly Kramer is asking him to walk on with the promise that if he makes the ski team he will give him a partial!

We'll win the NCAA championship in a couple of years, now that Pete Peterson, Sven Svensen, and Johan Johansen, the top 3 scandinavian nordic skiers in the last olympics announced that they're coming to MSU for the engineering program.

Actually a mother/son duo have signed national letters of intent. The mom is able to read the minds of opposing players and shame them into being nice. She has eyes in the back of her head and can drop defenders with her tone.
The son was rejected from pop warner because of insufficient age; however he is a monster during "tackle daddy" games and is 100% effective in bringing down his sister - not to mention ranked #1 in his kindergarten class.

I heard from as insider on the coaching staff that they found a major loophole in the system and Adam Cordiero, John Montoya, Ryan Johnson, and Kane Ioane all have one year of eligibility remaining. They will all be vying for playing time on next year's National Championship team. Joey Thomas also has a year remaining but they're trying to determine if the NFL has any problems with him dropping back for another year. Other than that, the 2 sophomore d-linemen from Auburn are transfering to THE MONTANA STATE UNIVERSITY BOBCATS. Says Kramer, "This development is absolutiously, unequivocalary by far the best news I've heard all recruiting season. These guys should provide excellent depth to an already deepening defense. The aplomb they show for the ball is unparalleled by almost none. I gregoriously and effivusively sit here licking my chops in much anticipatory excitability for the upcoming season..."

I think it's officially a "down period" in the football season when a thread like this gets started...some funny stuff though! Hopefully Johnny Johns doesn't mind the sub-zero temps we've had lately.

Does anyone know where the Blue/Gold game will be played this year? I would really like to attend the game as it gives you a chance to see the new recruits in action. I realize it is only a scrimage but still gives a fan a chance to see whats happening at least on offense.
