Today's Basketball Article
Did anyone else read the article today? Al Beye is quoted "You aren't supposed to win road games"
and then Durham says "It just wasn't our weekend" I could rant and rave about this for a while, but I will simply say this is the wrong mind set to be in if you want to be a champion.

Exactly! If you want to be a power team consistenly in conference YOU CANNOT have that attitude. If you are a good basketball team/program you should be able to go into anyone's home court and give them H*LL. Yes, you may lose .. but you don't go in there saying/believing that you can't win at someone's gym. That is NONSENSE!rtb wrote:Did anyone else read the article today? This is the main thing that bugs me about the attitude of the bball program (HO HUM ATTITUDE). In order to push the program higher you must set HIGH GOALS and try to achieve those goals. As far as I know, the basket is still 10 feet tall and each team has 5 players on the court at each gym (HOME OR AWAY?). This is correct no? (back me up on this Yaeger

Hey, maybe we should rent that for the team to watch on the next road trip!
