I have been critical of Nick's play thus far, and last nights first half performance only fueled my disappointment in Diss. But then came the second half.....
What a turnaround for Nick. He came out, showed some enthusiasm, and actually took control of the game. He played with an attitude out there in the second half, for the first time you could actually see the fire in his eyes. The steals, the assists, and that lead to the scoring. Nice to see Diss get aggressive last night, and I dont think it is any coincidence that as Nick goes....so do the Bobcats.
Great win last night Cats, now lets pack the house Saturday and roll Weber. Other than the Griz, there is nobody I like thumping in our house more than the Wildcats!

Someone or something lit a fire under him in the locker room at halftime. Kris asked Mick about it in the post game show and Mick politely avoided the question...(answered it like a politician!) But I gotta think Mick told him just what everybody was thinking the first half. He looked like dead weight. We were in the Hall of Fame room discussing the fact that they might as well have been playing with 4 players because Dissly did absolutely nothing!
Was there an article on Dissly in the comical yesterday? Someone said that he admitted to not playing very well. It looks like he just needs someone to pump a little adrenaline into him...

Yes there was.
MSU men's basketball: Dissly learning through experience Very good article on him and some good quotes from him as well.
Glad to see Dissly break out last night and show some fire. This team is really good when he is aggressive like that.

I also have been very critical of Nick, especially after watching him at PSU. This is great to see him come out and get fired up!!! When he is aggressive the kid can flat out play ball!!! Keep it up Nick, we need you!

Sounds like someone read the article to him at halftime!
