We are keeping Weber in the game with our poor play. No outside shooting, and way to many missed FT's.

One of the things that bothers me as much as anything else about this team is being so heavily guard oriented we still shoot poorly from the line. Sounds like Allred is having a career day against us in the first 1/2. If we come out like we did against ISU we should be fine in the second 1/2.

The only guy who hasen't been able to have a better shooting weekend is Brandon Miller. That poor guy can't seem to buy a basket. Other than that we have had a good homestand. Beye and Moss have both had good games and Dissley went off on Thursday. Jefferson is shooting better and playing well overall. We just need to get Brandon going again.

Sac has cut PSU's lead to 5 w/ 15+ minutes still left...
Edit: PSU 49 SAC 45 11:00 to go
Wow, tonight's game was almost identical to Thursday's, except tonight it was Jefferson instead of Dissly to have the great second half.

Great game for the Bobcats! They absolutely could not guard Jefferson, and he was really hitting that pull-up jumper tonight.
Allred is Nate Holmstadt on growth hormones! The guy is huge, and very good. But he wore down, and Al did a good job of not getting in foul trouble. After Allred, Weber's talent is not up to their standards.
Moss and Beye were terrific again on the offensive end, and we outrebounded the conferences leading rebounding team-by a long ways! Jefferson had 10 rebounds-Moss had 9.
Durham said Miller was a little under the weather this weekend. That probably has a bigger effect on a small high energy guy. Casey Durham really picked up the slack. His three at the end of the half gave us the lead-which I think was a huge phsychological boost.

PSU and SAC tied at 62 w/ 2:42 left! Come on Hornets!
Edit: PSU wins. d'oh!
Allred is a very good player, but if you shut him down like the Bobcats did in the second half they seem to struggle big time.

Last two Cat games I have been to (NAU/Weber) haven't been worth staying for the end. Only game last year worth staying for the end was Sac..
Come on, keep the games a bit more exciting.
