We all hate the Griz the most in the Big Sky, but who do we hate the second most?

Thats a tuff one. No other team seams to replace my feelings for the griz.

No one comes close to how much I hate the Griz, but I really hate the Bengals too. They are a bunch of jerks. Of course then there is Sac... You lose down there and they pound on the walls and yell vulgarities at you. I think it was 2002 there was almost a brawl on the field after EJ kicked the game winning field goal. Those are the 2 schools that I really hate. Then I just plan feel sorry for Weber State…

I honestly don't "hate" anyone but those chumps over in Missou. But I guess after all the crap I endured when I went to ISU (but hey I deserved some of it), I guess I'll pick ISU.

That was the game where we there was a facemask on last play right? 0 seconds on the clock and FG? I wish I would have been there to see that game I bet there was almost a brawl .. that game had to have been a hard pill for them to swallow

Yeah, you are thinking of the right game. The entire Sac coaching staff was canned at the end of that year. They had NO class.

I lived in SAC at the time of that game. My whole family came down from bozeman to see my wife and I, and to catch the game. That was one of the most exciting games I have ever been to. Every CATS player came over and sang the school song, and many were crying. It was the best win I could remember ( till later that year )

Oh, I hate Suck State so bad I cheer for U.C. Davis. Probably despise them more than the Fizzlies if I'm honest with myself. At least with a Fizzlie when they start their mindless banter, you can always point to actual national championships and ordinairily shut the informed up with all the rodeo, rifle, small college football title in 76 versus small colleges getting divisions like state high school classifications and of course our 29 basketball title. If that doesn't work, simply tell them to go f... themselves. Suck state just sucks.

Football - ISU.

Basketball - Weber.

I do not know if "Hate" is the word but, Weber has had the most consistant winning tradition in the Big Sky (basketball), so I always get up for that game!

I voted for NAU for 1 simple reason: Coach Sauers & his crew ALWAYS save their worst game of the year for WHO? That's right, class; NO team pisses down its leg more than do the Jacks when they face dUMb. If Gerome managed to beat the Griz 2 or 3 times, it would have GREATLY silenced the potheads from Marijuanaville...

(Although I do have to admit that GS & Co. DID manage to play the Cats tough last season.... LMAO)

I voted for Sac St. because I really never saw them as part of the Big Sky. They should be eliminated from the conference and we should add a couple more schools.

is this the same school that tried to spray their uniforms with pam? if so they are the school in the big sky with the least amount of class...man i wish we had both N.dacota schools instead of suck state and psu

I like the way you think! Throw in South Dakota's school and Northern Colorado and we'd have a pretty good conference And why keep Northern Arizona? But I guess I just view the school's programs and whether or not they're flagship institutions. Hell's Bells, I'd much rather have U.C. Davis in our conference than Suck State, but if our leadership were to take North Dakota and U.C. Davis, there'd be two instititutions with medical schools in addition to offering Phds (Suck State can't offer Phds in Cal, can they?) But, we need their television market, right

Same school and same year... I never heard of a more deserving coaching staff to get canned.

Come on Quast- Wasn't it Nate Cook who kicked that game winner, not EJ. Nate did it in front of his home crowd and family.

I voted for EWU - S@#%hole town and a crappy school, plus they beat us so much in b-ball. I hate that place/school/team almost as much as i hate fizzoula. Plus, eastern washington is just plain ugly!

Hey Quast, your poll made it into the Chronicle today! Congrats, though you may want to tell them to pony up some royalty money for using it.

They made the comment of not seeing any type of rivalry with Idaho State so not understanding the results of this poll.
