What ever happened to the qb that transfered somwhere after kramer was hired?

If your talking about Dusty Broderick, I think he went back to Nebraska. I thought I heard somewhere he played at Wayne State.

I remember he was a highly touted QB who everyone was waiting for to take over and be the next Kelly Bradley. Cliff sent him to Dennis Erickson's QB camp to sharpen his skills. He was from South Dakota, I believe. When he finally got his chance he was a flop. I think he transferred to North Dakota State. Don't knolw how he might have done there...never heard of him again. Just can't remember his name.

That's the guy...I just heard a different story about where he went.

I don't recall him at North Dakota State, so he must not have done much.....

That is what I thought I heard that he went to Wayne State. Maybe Quast will have more insight as to what happend to him since they were both in Bozeman at the same time. I remember him being pretty highly regarded as a very good athletic QB. I do remember that he was from somewhere in Nebraska though.

If I remember right Kansas State recruited him. BIG disapointment

I knew it was one of thoses states down there...he was supposed to be highly recruited though...

I thought that he went to NDSU for his senior year. He split time with Kasey Hart in 1999. He was one of those guys that never really panned out, but he did have some wheels.

could it have been that he was one of the guys who didn't exactly give a rip about playing hard in '99? I thought he and harte looked good in the pre-season. Problem was that heysell was stuck on using a 2 quarterback system, seems like neither could get their legs

Well he was my roommate for a year so I know him pretty well. When he left MSU he went to UND for a year didn't like it there, and just gave up on playing football. He was/is a good athlete but is kind of a head case, he let a lot of bs get to him. But he is doin well now, I still talk to him and he has no regrets about his choices
