Who's gonna step up to the plate? Carpenter? Coppack?
They're both soph's. with good size & numbers.
I want Travis to rack up all he can this fall as he's a legit pro prospect, but we need to get these guys some snaps.

Agreed. I'm still hoping that Andrew Selle goes to Bozeman and starts his sophomore year.

Can't argue with that, Bud.

Carpenter or Coppick, both are very good. We will miss Lulay because he is such a class act. But the Bobcats will be left in very competent hands with either QB. As far as Selle goes, he will be another gold bullion in the bank. The Cats are well stalked for the future.
As a side bar, I too hope Lulay makes into the pros. If he is sucessfull I will donate, for a fund raiser, a signed offical Lulay #14 jersey. Maybe I can get it signed again, as Lulay the QB for Denver or Greenbay. Now that would be a hot item.

Not if he is anything like his brother.
Then again, Brady Leaf is supposed to be a standup fellow, and considering his family tree that must mean anyone can be allright.

Agree with Lulay getting big numbers this year ... but more importantly leading the Cats to the Big Sky title and a playoff. But I also think it would be important to get some quality time for Carpenter or Coppack in planning for the "After Lulay Era".

CF, I agree it would be nice to give the back up QB' some field time. I will really miss not seeing Lulay on the field, but I guess its time to look forward.
Is senior day allways the last home game of the season? The crowd will roar when Lulay takes his bow. Should be fun.

That's not what I have heard. My younger brother attends University of Oregon and was working with the football team recruiting. According to him, Brady is also quite arrogant and a real jerk. I can vouch for the fact that their dad is a very nice man however.

No doubt about it Robcat... I gotta be there for that day! There have been a lot of great players in our Cat history and he ranks right up there will them. A class act, great leader, and what a competitor. But just to say too... we CAT fans appreciate the efforts of each of the Bobcat seniors seeing their last home game that day!

Last home conference game. I'm hoping to see them hosting a playoff game or two.

Absolutely... my oversight... but I too plan to attend the HOME playoff game and see Lulay and the other seniors get the recognition they deserve. In a year where the Big Sky may be one of the tougher line-ups in its history I truly believe the Bobcats are in for a special year of success.
