2006 football

Post by BobCatFan » Sat Jul 23, 2005 10:18 am

I found this on the efriz site.

OK im getting kind of sick of all of the recruiting site crap read the last ESPN magazine and see what it says. The three best recruits in the state as straight from the mouth of Mike Kramer are Andrew Selle, QB billings west. Mike Person OT Glendive and Carson Bender ATH, Deer Lodge. Im sorry that i keep saying it over and over again but I have inside information that these three kids are the only kids in the state of montana that have been offered early by the bobcats. As for the Grizzly's i don't know what they say about the rest of the kids but they offered Carson Bender at camp and they think theres a real good chance he will be a stud in the big sky. The other one I know for a fact is that Wyoming has offered Bender and Person. I don't know if they have offered Selle yet just know that there looking at him. Im good friends with the Coach of Deer Lodge and I get the chance to talk to Carson every once and a while. The information im giving is what they have both told me. Carson's coach said that when teams were coming to the high school this year that the coaches from Washington, Washington St., Colorado St., Cal and Oregon all said he was the best player in montana. Mike Person and Selle also probably recieved the same attention but I don't know either of them or there coaches. Im just relaying information. Tony Kazmerzack may be a big recruit to but i don't know much about him just watched him play and kick some ass. All of this stuff is FACT. Just giving you guys a heads up.

Could the Person kid be a chip off the old block. I think his dad was Glendive's football coach and he played in the CFL. I would be nice to get Person for football and the Selvig kid for basketball in a couple of years.

I wuold agree with Selle being the top player recruit in MT, but what about Drew Savage (RB, CMR)? He is, in my opinion, a very close second.

Here are Andrew Selle's 2004 season stats:

Att. Comp. Yds. Td Int.

283 169 2478 26 4

I will try to get Drew Savage's 2004 stats soon.

BobCatFan, do you mind shooting me a email at keenan@eagsports.com. I have some questions about Carson Bender.
