Has anyone heard if anything has happened with Joe O'Brien and court appearances this past week? Did he enter a plea?

Not sure…this was posted on egriz on May 20th.

The AP reports O'Brien has already agreed to plead guilty on the federal charges in return for a five year sentencing recommendation.

This is the last thing I saw. I'd expect the Gazette will run something when he appears in Billings. Maybe he already has. I imagine there are 'details' to be worked out before all is said and done.
