I saw this photo on the Bison Insider website. It was posted by Bisonguy from the Bison Board. He's got a lot of cool pictures, but his one of Lulay really captures the moment I think. The rest of the pictures are here:

Thanks, and actually the link you posted are the photos from the Weber State/NDSU game. Here's the link to the MSU/NDSU game photos- http://wat.midco.net/traci20011/insider ... ntalk.html

Same section, just a different page.

fixed it.

Lulay fell almost 6 feet on that play-a fall like that would put me in the hospital.

Both my daughter and I agree-that photo is incredible!

Just more evidence as to why NDSU belongs in the Big Sky. Their fans, program, facilities, band... everything about that school is top notch.

That picture absolutely personifies Travis Lulay. What a great shot of one of the best QB's/athletes ever to walk through the doors at MSU. Thank you Mr. Lulay.

After the stuff I saw Bisonguy drinking at the tailgate, I am amazed he had the reflexes to capture that one!!

I heard that the NDSU players and band took busses here for the game. That the players left after the game and had a 15 hour drive back to campus. (750 miles).

That's actually just as far as Portland (PSU) to drive.

That is one hell of a drive after you lose a game like that.

Not sure if our boys would enjoy that trip.

And not sure how many MSU fans (Bozeman and west) would drive to Fargo if NDSU were in the league and playing in November?? A might cold and long getting there at $3 a gallon.

NDSU's drive here for their team was probably worth 4 points in the score. Wonder if they will fly next time? I'd leave the band home and use the money to pay for the football team to fly?? At least the big old boys on the OL and DL that seemed to fade in the 2nd half.

The NDSU football team always charters (they never fly commercial) a jet unless the game is a short trip like SDSU. The NDSU jet stayed at the Bozeman airport until they departed after the game (it was the extra NW jet that was there this weekend).

There was a parents bus that was chartered out of Fargo and the band came via bus.

Maybe Doug didn’t want them in the conference because of their unattractive uniforms.

That can't be it, otherwise the friz never would have gotten into the conference from the beginning!
