A Pass Rush Please!!!

A pass rush,
A pass rush,
My kingdom for a pass rush.
I am also a Minnesota Viking fan, and they haven't had one for a long time either. The last time I remember preassure on an opposing quarterback was Beau Clark sacking the Griz qb twice in the 4th quarter 2 years ago.......good times (sigh).

Especially after I find out we lost to the Bears today (ouch, another bear type reference) that would be like the Cats losing to NAU or Sac State! Ain't supposed to happen.

yeah, a pass rush would be nice. I don't think we have one sack from a lineman all year. You would think some creative blitzing would be done to help out the db's, but no. A lot of the time on third and long we send just the lineman and let the qb sit back there and pick apart the zone. Not good coaching IMO. On third and long send the blitz forcing a quick pass short of the sticks, and then sometimes you may even get a sack or who knows an interception. Overall it seems to me that our defensive coordinator calls plays like he is afraid of his defense making mistakes. PLEASE I BEG YOU, be more aggresive and take the fight to the offense instead of waiting for them to bend u over.
P.S. I have seen this d-coord go from an aggressive bump and run blitzing coord, to what he is now, a puss. Sorry for the language, but its true.

Beau Clark is awesome, he's been helping coaching our football team this year. He's just awesome and full of energy. But yeah, we do need a pass rush, is it just because of the system, or the players?

I don't know if he's an official coach or not, but it's for Manhattan. I believe he's known their coach for a while.
