I haven't got my email yet that season tickets are sent out, it seem like we usually get it by now. I checked on Tickets west and it shows I ordered/paid for them in January and they are not available for download

I am just wondering If I'm the only one and I missed something or if they just haven't been completed yet.

I don't have them yet.

When I called to purchase parking passes I asked about that. They said tickets would be emailed out around the middle of August. So, possibly anytime.

Okay, thanks guys, I assumed that they just hadn't been sent out yet but thought I may have missed it.

I bought a couple of single day parking tickets last week directly through the ticket office. the person who was assisting me with that was also able to email my 5 season tickets as well, so I have everything but the tailgate hang tag which they will start mailing later in August.
I suspect they will begin the season ticket mass mailing process shortly, as they have thousands of those to que up an send.

Are your parking tags for a tailgate spot? It sounded like it is a hard hook type tailgate parking pass to be mailed.
I miss the old print out season ticket and parking pass binder book from a few years back, wish that option was still available.

The parking passes are download mobile for scanning at the entrance.

The hang tags are not in hand yet. I will check my PO Box later and see if they have arrived.
I printed the mobile tags and set them in window early last year until I received the hangers.

There was a mail mix up at the PO.

USPS has ISSUES.

I just checked my Tickestwest account and mine are now there. However, it says I have to wait until 48 hours before the event before I can download them. I never did get any sort of email.

It is a bit strange. I purchased some extra tickets to various games and I received those right away, but my season tickets still aren't available.

While I think it is a little too early to worry, I have had some serious issues with our ticket office so my trust level is zero. If another week goes by with no tickets or information sent out by the ticket office I would start to worry.

I called the ticket office this AM to check status - sounds like they are hoping to get the season ticket mobile delivery emails out today.

I just got my season ticket delivery email (1:55pm Mountain).

I also got my season tickets delivered to my email.

Has anyone who bought parking (non-tailgate) gotten their passes emailed yet?

I called the Bobcat ticket office at about 10 this morning and was told that season tickets would be e-mailed today and that parking passes for the fieldhouse lot would be mailed USP sometime next week. I haven't gotten that e-mail yet but since the ticket office told me that my tickets are all set, I'm not too worried that they haven't been sent yet.

Asked on another thread, but if we have a tailgate, do we get hang tags like before, or all electronic?

I heard hangtags.

The electronic version was a cluster a few years ago. The scanners never scanned and they didn't actually "use" the ticket like the scanners to get into the game so people shared their parking passes and over sold the spots including the tailgate spots.

I can't wait to see how this goes for the new paid parking spaces.

The people scanning get flustered because traffic is getting backed up and so they just let the car go as long as they see the pass on the mobile device.
