Game Day Thread for the Timid
Just in case the regular thread gets a little rough today, this is a go to for the faint of heart.
Go boys! Play nice and remember to shake hands at the end of the contest!

Coach Vigen doesn't need to be fired immediately if the Bobcats fall behind 7-0.

Bobcat athletics is a business to the coaches, school leadership, and players. It's time the fans treat Bobcat athletics as a business too.

Re: Game Day Thread for the Timid
I’m passive / aggressive so timid works for me as of now. Some things I’ll be watching for:
1) will we get off to a fast start ?
2) will we get some sacks ? Appeared as if we only tried to bull rush that huge NM OL.
3) will the DB’s cover better without resorting to holding ?
4) will we establish the run before trying to establishing the passing game ?
5) will we get the first INT of the season ? Don’t think we had one in the NM game.

In the meantime I am watching the nice boys from Clemson play the Georgia gentlemen. I see they are keeping score. How primitive.

Orange slices and fresh squeezed lemonade for both teams at halftime. If everyone tries their hardest, personal pan pizzas at Pizza Hut after the game.

Not really sure of the purpose of the snarky comments. Most people agree that some of the game day comments were way out of line - like calling for the coach to be fired in the first quarter of a play up game against an FBS opponent in weak zero. Nobody is looking for ribbons for everyone, but maybe cut back on some of the over the top comments. There is a great spot for over the top reactions and that is egriz.

It’s already started. Once you type the words “game, day and thread” Cat fans start getting ornery
