Confused by your comment. The guy who was primarily responsible for building the culture and program at MSU is not capable of doing the same at Nevada?

Choate is a great recruiter & awesome defensive guy. I’ll have to see if he’s learned anything about offense, which was terrible while he was here.

(I don’t mean that as a negative at all, simply a recognition of individual strentgths & weaknesses).

Using a gimmick like putting your All American future NFLrr LB at Wildcat QB isn’t likely to be as successful at an FBS program as it was in the Big Sky.
