Might be Deshawn Krein. I'm a bit confused if he is a transfer or a high school kid. He goes to a prep school but his twitter indicates he is a 2026 guy.

I know the Cats are also still looking for a DB transfer and Vigen hasn't been booming some of those, but this young man looks to be a 2026 grad. I should also mention that Krein hasn't posted anything that I can find, I just came across this post on a couple of other x sites.

Deshawn Krein is from Brophy Prep. Brophy football is always one of the top teams in the Phoenix area. This is a good get!

I wrote “might be” him. I haven’t seen Krein post anything yet and I’ve been burnt once on these kind of posts. I’ll wait until he confirms his commitment before I add him on the recruiting page.

I can't find a lot about Krein. His T&F profile says he ran a 10.95 100m as a sophomore. No. 81 ranked recruit in Arizona by AZCentral back in March. These state rankings are hard to wrap your head around when the player is 81st. Arizona has 7.5 million people, Montana 1 million, so dividing 81 by 7.5 gives a very raw idea...top 10 in Montana? I'm assuming the top levels there are more competitive so maybe 81 is higher than top 10 relative to Montana. And, of course, the rankings might be way off.

There is a ton of HS talent in Arizona. Glad to see we stay active recruiting here. The top HS players get heavily recruited by national, big FBS programs and in state by ASU and U of AZ. I don’t blame you for not having it in the title, but I’m 99% sure Krein committed. The guy who posted the graphic is his trainer, he just started to follow a bunch of MSU people, dnd he had said he was going to commit soon a couple weeks ago.
Anyways, great listed size, great offer list, great timed speed. Seems like a really nice pickup.
