Re: Attendance
The crowd is LOUD. Major BOBCAT presence…
Would be nice to see a breakdown.

Re: Attendance
It was the second largest attendance for a FCS title game. However, it had to be the largest number of FCS fans to travel to one since previous record was 1996 when Marshall played in its home stadium.
The number of MSU’s fans at the game was also probably the most for one team. No way to verify but seems obvious.

MSU - 17 team National Champions (most recent 2025); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).

Re: Attendance
MSU outnumbered the ISU fans 4-1... We had 19-20,000 and they had only 4-5,000. Their side of the stadium was down the middle allotment sections, and our fans were bookending them on their side. Our side was almost sold out! It was an incredible showing for the Cat fans all weekend. Here's to planting our flag in Nashville and to hopefully making in "Bozeman South" for years to come!

Re: Attendance
Can you imagine only 5000 fans when game is 6 hour drive from your university. Many Cat and Griz fans drive more than that for a home game.

The main grandstand for MSU fans was very cool looking. Hopefully there’s a good, professional photo of it. Would make a great man cave decoration. Or main living room in my case.BlueAndGoldNation wrote: ↑Tue Jan 06, 2026 10:18 amMSU outnumbered the ISU fans 4-1... We had 19-20,000 and they had only 4-5,000. I’ve got a similar photo from the 2021 championship. I’ll look if there’s a watermark on it. It’d be awesome to have something similar for a game we won. Re: Attendance
Everything about Nashville exceeded expectations. Best nightlife and entertainment around. Hotel was two blocks from the action. It would be a shame to go back to Frisco. I tried to spend cash because I didn't want to be reminded on the bill after I saw what I'd put up on a credit card.
My only complaints about the venue. Seating rows were tiny, smaller than the East grandstands. Tough to get around. The massive amount of humanity trying to get to their seats. Crazy how blocked up those entryways got. Women's bathrooms backed up and overflowed. Men's seemed okay.

The wild part about that was all the TVs were tuned to ESPN and the highlights of the game happened to be rolling why the fellas eye on stage
griz fans; keeping it classy and gracious in winning since ... well, never.

Re: Attendance
I was stunned by the way the inflow into the stadium went. That was crazy. Kind of a bad design, they dump those entry hallways out kind of just into the seats. Then as you said narrow aisles and tiny narrow rows. The plus side to that is that it's steep enough where even higher up you're pretty close to the action.AFCAT wrote: ↑Tue Jan 06, 2026 11:38 amEverything about Nashville exceeded expectations.
