I saw Champ in a private area underneath the stands after the game. He took his head off and I was surprised there was a guy in that outfit. Who knew!? I always thought he was a mascot bobcat and not a real life human.

So... the filter must have been just football? Also, that's solid work from Eck. LOL

Well the total was over 23k.. i hope the filter was football but that seems high for 1 year for the portal for D1 so the 10000 must include D2 and d3.
Key Figures for the 2024 Cycle
Total FBS/FCS Entries: Over 4,900 FBS and 3,200 FCS players entered during the 2024-25 school year's windows.
Main Window Entries: Roughly 4,000 FBS players entered during the core January 2024 window, representing a significant portion of the total FBS player pool.
Spring Window: More than 1,200 FBS players entered during the 15-day spring window in April.

I’ve been assuming that Vigen is making his own NIL money. But I have no idea if that’s accurate.

Just booked our flights to the Nevada game. Ran across an article that Choate hired Norcross from UM for as his OL Coach. Quickly looked at the last depth chart for Nevada with my quick updates considering graduation and Portal Potty:
Nevada Offense:
+ lost every starter except the QB
+ lost 6 of top 7 WRs
Nevada Defense:
+ lost 6 of 8 DL and Edge
+ lost 2 of 4 LBs
+ lost both S and 1 of 4 CBs
www.cfbdepth.com evaluates their Depth portion of their current depth chart (with 3 Portal Potty signees):
+ QB C-
+ RB C
+ WR F
+ TE F
+ OL D-
Could be an interesting game!

Yeah, coaches have been making commercials and other deals for a long time now.

Haha, that is awesome. I loved to see the WBB coaches all wearing those sweatshirts last night, cool to see the various athletic programs support and celebrate each other like that.
