Isn’t there a bonus for beating the gris? I thought there was and I thought it was a lot.

How about a bonus for beating them twice in one season?

Obviously the official incentives in his contract are listed, but opportunities are now opened up for sponsorships and engagements as well at a different level. Well earned and deserved!

Hopefully all that is enough, for now, to keep him around. Time to run it back next year, and he's got the program to do it. If he can keep his coaching staff intact, that'll help too.

Well deserved for Coach Vigen. Proud to have him as our Head Coach. I hope the National Championship incentive for the rest of the staff is significant for them as well!

There is… he also got a big bonus for playing Oregon. There’s an article on MT 406 Sports app that explains all his and his assistant’s bonuses this year. Eye owning to say the least

Yep. With incentives, hes making more than a bunch of G5 coaches...and after taxes, the gap between Vigen and middle tier G5 coaches (like Choate at UNR, for example) is only a couple hundred thousand a year.

I would recheck that. I think he made more than Choate this year.

Choate makes over a million dollars a year just in base salary, I don't think Vigen earned quite that much in incentives!

Yep…$1.1 million base. With upside incentives if achieved. Per article attached.

Just curious if they will publish similar article with Bobbi’s salary and incentives. He had to make something for getting into playoffs and reaching semifinal….and media, etc incentives….and he had to give up something for not winning conference.

Regarding Hauck and media incentives... he should have to pay them for every interview.
