I noticed there is a blurb that the game is not going to be shown on Omega this week because a deal couldn't be worked out? Is this for sure does anyone know?

Cardiac,
i saw the same article. I wouldn't be surprised if something didn't get worked out in the next day or two.

On the "bright" side for me, as much complaining as i did last week about the game not being on in Helena, the article says that the game will be on "Altitude" out of Denver. I actually get that channel on my dish, so I will have the game...for once.

If any other Helena Cat fans want to see the game, let me know.

I wish more of these were on Fox Sports this year. Everyone could always get those or go to a bar if not and catch them. I get all the fox sports channels around the country on my dish. You think Fox Sports would have picked up some of the Big Sky games this year??

There was also an ad in the sports section for the game being on Altitude. It said that Altitude is on Dish Network and I think it said channel 410 if I remember right.

beartrainer,
i think kmax is right.
I have Dish Network, and it is one channel below Fox Sports Rocky Mountain, which is channel 414......thus, Altitude is probably something like 410.
Hope that helps.

I checked on the dishnetwork channel above (Channel 410) at lunch and the game is definately listed in the guide for Saturday at 3:00. They also have the Idaho State coaches show on there tonight or tomorrow on there I saw. I'm gonna try and record their coaches show and see what they say about things such as injuries/Bobcats.

What about any chance of the game being on DirecTV?

Do you think any of the sports bars in Bozeman will carry that station? I really want to see that game.

Looks like Altitude is squeezing Bresnan and there is nothing Omega can do about it...result... we get screwed!

Most sports bars roll with DirecTV because they trump any other T.V. provider when it comes to sports. I'm hoping that some local T.V. station will pick up this Altitude feed... I don't know anyone who has Dish Network :(

Good luck finding Dish Network at ANY sports bar in Bozeman. Two weeks ago ISU played N. Colorado on Altitude and I wasn't able to find it anywhere. My wife personally called nearly 3 dozen sports bars in Boise, not one carried Dish Network, all were Direct TV. I think this has something to do with the football packages. Good Luck.

Realistically, I expect to see alot of cat folk in Poky Poky's almost as close to Bozeman as Missoula.

Spectators says they will carry the game

I just called Spectators in Bozeman and they "promised" that they would carry the Bobcat game, but I couldn't get an answer as to whether they had Dish network or Direct TV. When I tried to explain what was going on, they just said they would have it for sure. Can someone else who is local call & try to get a confirmation?

I am going to be working in Bozeman this weekend, but I will make sure to take off in time to watch the game. I have DishNetwork at my house in Bozeman, so if anyone is interested in coming over and watching the game at my house, just PM me. Of course, you bring the beer! :D

I think most bars do have Direct TV or Cable only or BOTH. I suggest going to Sears since they sell Dish Network systems. Bring a chair/beer/pop and set up right in their electronics area!!! You can watch it on the 50 inch plasma screen too! I'm sure they will have it there, but will they let you watch the whole game is the kicker
