Spread offense ... who you gonna guard? This should not only be kudos for Lulay/WR's/OL, but kudos to Bailey as well as he is the one spreading the offense out/calling the plays. If Guinn slowly comes around like we all know he can, we could have 5 players in top 10 by the time the year is out!

Good job OL, keep it up ... LULAY had all day to pass back there last 5.5 quarters. He will eat teams up if our OL continues to play that well. They blitz us, we'll throw it to Wolf on the open flat. They rush 4 we will give Lulay time and the 4 wides going out will eventually get open with the time our OL is giving them. They cover our receivers, we'll squirt Domineck out of the backfield and use the ole dump off play for 5-10 yards. This is a pick your poison offense (which I like). We just needed the players to grow/relax early in the year as I'm sure it was an adjustment. The kids look like they are having fun out there now and are relaxing catching the ball and we have a lot more RAC yards as a result of it!

I have to admit it....good work Don Bailey in righting the ship the last couple weeks.

It seems like we are taking what the defense is giving us. Just like you said Cardiac, blitz and Lulay hits Wolf, zone and our WRs find creases, man-to-man and one of the 5 receivers will beat you, LB blitz and JD has draws and catches in the flats.....All of this is contingent on Lulay getting the proper amount of time and having the vision to see the open option.

Great job by all....Bailey, McEndoo, Junior Adams.... I think we can honestly say the Cats dont have to rely on their defense to win games.

Not sure where you got those stats, but there is only one receiver in the top 10 for receptions according to ESPN.

These stats are correct. I dont know where the BSC gets their info, but its wrong.

Still, I love the balance, and I love the offensive onslaught being displayed these last few weeks. Better lock down that defense NAU!

Yeah, I got those off the Big Sky Conference page? Hmmm. But yeah, you can see the trend there, balanced across the board.

Montana .. 3.4 average? And thats with Hilliard having a big game last week average wise or it would be worse So couple that with our passing game and you can see we are pretty balanced across the board. Remember, LULAY does run the ball? MSU also has brand new RB's that are attempting to learn the system as well while UM/EWU/PORTLAND STATE/NAU all have their RB"s back from last year. So to be 20 yards less than the Grizzlies right now a game is very impressive I think. They will only get better as the year goes on (See last year).

Note that the numbers/rankings in Cardiac's initial post are receptions PER GAME. If you look at them, the total number of receptions in that list and the one shown by Celtic from ESPN are the same.
