Montana State quarterback Travis Lulay has earned Big Sky Conference Offensive Player of the Week honors for the third consecutive week, the league announced Monday. Lulay shares the award with Portland State senior quarterback Joe Wiser.

Lulay led MSU to a 60-14 victory at Northern Arizona on Saturday, passing for 366 yards and three touchdowns without an interception. He also rushed for 31 yards and a TD as the Bobcats won in Flagstaff for the first time in 25 years.

Wiser completed 17 of 26 passes for 195 yards and two TDs in Portland State's 35-32 upset of #####.

Brady Fosmark and Wyatt Kenseth of Weber State were named the defensive and special teams players of the week, respectivley.

Fosmark tallied 12 tackles — nine solo — with three tackles for loss, two quarterback sacks, and a forced fumble to help Weber State snap an eight-game losing streak with a 26-14 victory over Idaho State.

Kenseth averaged 50.2 yards on five punts.

Montana State made the biggest leap in the Sports Network poll of NCAA Division I-AA football teams this week, jumping from 24th to 17th in the rankings released Monday.

Coach Mike Kramer's Bobcats pounded Northern Arizona 60-14 Saturday night in Flagstaff to take over first place in the Big Sky Conference with a 4-0 record. The Bobcats have won five straight games and are 6-2 overall.

Eastern Washington (6-3), which is 4-1 in the Big Sky, jumped from 25th to 21st this week after a romp against Sacramento State.

The top two teams — Southern Illinois and Georgia Southern — remained the same this week, and they collected all but one of the 98 first-place votes. There was a big shakeup after that as previous No. 3 Delaware, *%#^ and former No. 5 Cal Poly all lost on Saturday.
