I just love going over the box scores for these WBB games because it's something different every time. 34 turnovers forced and 18 steals! Taylee Chrrick putting up stats all over the place, different players scoring every night, incredible talent up and down the roster. I don't think it's a huge stretch to say that the freshmen and sophomores are very close to surpassing the juniors and seniors, if it hasn't already happened.

Esme, Marah, and KJ attract a lot of attention. It will be interesting to see how the league's coaches adjust now that they know they have to deal with Dylan, Natalie, and Ella scoring the ball. And then there's Taylee-I don't know if anybody can figure out what to do about Taylee.

I love this interview with Binford about Natalie Picton's new role this season. I also love the highlight clips playing during the interview, including the long distance pass from Philip to Picton for the layup.

I agree that the crowd appeared to be the biggest non Cat-griz crowd I've ever seen for a WBB game. They deserve the support!

Loved Kola. She did a great job!

When Taylee comes in she reminds me of this little girl I used to watch on a playground. She would always go grab the
ball from other kids and would say "that's MY ball!" When you watch Taylee sprint all over the court, it seems that is her attitude:
THAT''s MY BALL!

I got busy and forgot the game started at 2. DOH! Picking a favorite player on this team is impossible. There are about 10 to choose from. Taylee is honestly just fun to watch no matter where the ball is at, as SACCAT said, she plays with reckless abandon.
Yeah, so many players to choose from. Can’t think of a time when I’ve so much looked forward to the substitutions coming in. I kinda get the “sads” for Bunyan & Robbins, a couple of very good players, whom would have a lot of playing time if not for all the talent on this team.

Speaking of the bench, does anyone know if Drea Blumfield, the injured redshirt sophomore, is still on the team? She seems to have gone missing since the end of fall semester.

I will eat my words from earlier in the season. The Lady Cats are a joy to watch. They've improved their rebounding, the bigs are hitting short range jumpers in the key, their team free throw percentage is moving upward, they are making more layups and incredibly, have upped the tempo of an already tenacious defense. Does Chirrick ever get tired?! At this time in the season, opposing coaches must be cringing when they see that Coach Bin can substitute at any time and not lose any quality of play either offensively or defensively. Wow! Last but not least, hire Kola as a color commentator! She's a natural and her 'been there - done that" perspective of the game is great to listen to.

58-57!! You're final score!! Daniel Salle
