Oh my gosh. Complete despair to complete elation. It didn't have to be this way, if they just took care of the dang ball, but this just pure poetry. An all timer-those who witnessed will never forget it. I wanted this so bad for this team. So proud of them. Can't wait to see what's next!

It didn't have to be this way, but sometimes it's more memorable when it is! No Bobcat fan who was watching that will ever forget it, I know I won't.

I love watching Natalie on that last play.

I'm still watching replays. Smile plastered on my face tonight.

I’ve watched ever replay I can find. That upper deck replay is cool because you can see the reaction from the crowd, the band (look at the tuba players), the bench, and I even think that’s Waded running around the end of the court.

The Etta James song video is one of my favorites too because I love that song and it really shows all the emotion of the play, especially from the bench.

Bobcat athletics is a business to the coaches, school leadership, and players. It's time the fans treat Bobcat athletics as a business too.

Someone please help me understand this. Cats win the Big Sky title for the regular season, then win the tournament for the Big Sky title that was won earlier ? Two Big Sky titles in the same season ? Even the trophy looks the same. Maybe there should be a different looking trophy for the tournament itself distinguishing between the two. I know the reason behind the tournament is to determine who gets the auto bid. A week ago I saw the Cats win the big Sky Championship and today saw them win the Big Sky Championship according to the announcer……….It’s Deja Vu all over again. If you think I don’t know much about basketball you would be right.

Two titles but only one team can win the tourney title. The MSU players only get one ring and one year to put on the banner, but two trophy’s. You’re right though, should be a different trophy, maybe a different color.

I hope Harris gets the chance to be the head coach, he earned it. That championship game was sure a nail biter and credit the lady griz for not giving up. Never a griz fan, but willing to give credit where it's due. If not for Morales having a career game, and Dykstra following her shot (didn't see that happen much throughout the rest of the game), the ending would have been far different. Sure hope the Lady Cats get a good seed and keep on winning - GO CATS!
It's and buts. Give the girls credit. Esme has had plenty of high scoring games not sure this was a career one for her. She made 3 careless mistakes at the end or Cats don't need the heroics. Griz shot well from outside and still only scored 57.

Holy ******! I'm still recovering from that game. Wow!

Again they interviewed Esme and then done. Broadcast over. Griz game yesterday they kept the broadcast going for at least 20 minutes.

Redpath sucked that game. I was on my phone so I couldn't switch to another broadcast. She was totally phoning in for the griz. My favorite was after the game she says something to the effect of its so exciting to go to the big dance, I've been there, who do you want to give a shout out to? What was that?
To watch all the postgame interviews and festivities, go back to ESPN+ and find the Courtside program for March 12 for Women’s Basketball. It’s all there.

Redpath was bad, her broadcasting partner Tracy Warren was worse. I can’t really tell them apart, but my wife said it was Tracy doing all the screaming when the gris took the lead. @SACCAT must have been spinning in his recliner. This announcing duo is about as far from neutral as they can be — I’m surprised ESPN doesn’t give them the thumbs down.

I tried to note a few of the bad ones, but my iPhone was overwhelmed. In the first half, Bartsch shot a 3-pointer resulting in the comment (from Tracy?) “Just off the mark!”, when in reality it was a total airball, and not a particularly good one of those, being several feet short and left. Just constant one-sided bending of the facts, making you wonder “What game are they watching?”

During the UM - NAU game Tracy was singing the praises of Sophie Glancey. I just listened to the audio again. She said something like “… everyday, you want Sophie Glancey on your team. Arguably the Conference … umm … Co-MVP.” No argument about it — she wasn’t. They supplied a number of digs at the Bobcat’s Esmeralda Morales, the Conference MVP who lead her team to win, not lose.

At the 7 seconds to go mark, one of them said gleefully, “Amazing. The gris lost to Idaho twice in the regular season, beat them in the tournament. 0-2 against NAU, beat them in the tournament. And now 0-2 against MSU in the regular season, defeat them in the tournament!” WHOA? Marah Dykstra, are you listening? Marah? Oh, never mind, she’s busy making a basket.

Stuff like this, over and over, is unnecessary and highly unprofessional. Tony Parks and Joe Cravens are so easy to listen to (and dispense a lot of basketball knowledge) compared to Redpath and Warren. I will admit Krista “The gris are a momentum team” Redpath has pretty well dropped the “I played for Robin” spiel, but now we find out, that unlike apparently the rest of the NCAA the gris are a momentum team. Momentum (R) has apparently been permantly licensed to the gris.

@rfischer94, now you know why we’d rather listen to your chalk squeaking across the blackboard writing, the limit of the sum from k=1 …

That is hilarious!!
This is beyond hilarious — gives good insight into the cool that Esme possesses. Watch her mouth, too. If I’m not wrong, she is introducing herself to Tyler “Which one was she?” McCliment-Call. She became famous at the presser after the gris beatdown in Bozeman, when asked about playing against Esmeralda Morales, for replying (with full snark) “Which one was she again?”

Esme politely introduced herself. This is one of the funniest comebacks I’ve ever seen!! Esmeralda, your are one cool ‘Cat.

She's being guarded by MJ Bruno here. If you haven't watched the griz portion of the press conference that Colter posted, go to the end of it and listen to MJ talk about Nate and when her voice starts to shake when she's talking with emphasis I dare you to try to not have your eyes water for a second. I like MJ and Mack on that team. MJ doesn't score a ton, though she hurt us with some 3's yesterday, but she plays hard defense. I can't argue with the all-defensive team whatsoever, but MJ could easily be an honorable mention if they had one. For lake of a better way to explain her, Tyler McCliment-Call is the prettiest one on their team.

I thought Tracy was up for both teams at certain times. She was the one that seemed to be pushing the another coach for coach of the year narrative in another game. I think some of these examples were Redpath, that you're attributing to Tracy. I'm going to rewatch the game, maybe later today and maybe make some notes.

I think I've literally watched so many Twitter videos, Instagram reels and everything else that I've watched he'd every player's reaction.

If Esme doesn't make it into the sportcenter top ten for her high 5 on MJ.....

There's too many great clips that are only Instagram stories so they'll disappear in a day. They need to be saved for perpetuity.
