I do love this win. LBSU has more D-1 talent within a tank of gas than MSU has in all our adjacent states and provinces. Dan Monson had a big hand in getting that Gonzaga thing going before stupidly jumping to Minnesota.

I think this team defends better than last years. The offense is a work in progress. Belo doesn't look 100% to me. Their announcer said he's still recovering from his injury from late last season. Hope he can back to where he was. I think Battle is just starting to realize his potential.

Didn’t see Germer in the stats. Any word on him?
He was on the bench but didn't play.

Saw improvement last night after that frustrating loss at GCU. The guard position is coming together....saw some good play off the bench from McMahon....I'm liking what I see. I think Rae is going to be a problem for the rest of the conference. I would not be surprised to see him in the MVP conversation at the end of the year. Looking forward to the Oregon game Tuesday! Go Cats!!

This has been a great season opening set of games. Two teams that won more than 20 games last year and both competed for their conference championships as well as big time Oregon.

I am a little worried about Belo from what I've seen so far. Seems a step slower and just a little off. Hopefully it's just how teams are defending him and not a lingering injury issue.
