Belos knee is clearly causing him significant pain. He's a warrior and gives all for the team. After the game he wears an ice pack and walks very gingerly.

While registering my vehicles the assessor stated "I have had both Cat and Griz students and alums work for me and the Griz end up working under the direction of the Cats."

PSU leading UNC 40-32 at the half. Joe Cravens sounds like he needs a beer or three.

Man oh man. That was not looking good. After what happened to Danny his freshman year, by that dirty bastard Weber State player. This win must really feel good. Way to "Battle" fellas! Go Cats!

UNC coming back. Honestly I think I'd rather face PSU tomorrow but I'm no hoops expert, not sure who we match up better against, etc. Just really hoping for a win tomorrow, whoever we face, so we make it to the dance - obviously.

I agree with you. #3 UNC looked like they were sleep walking early on but when they decided to play, it didn’t take them long to light-up the scoreboard. Look fast too.

Good brawl, just like the Cats\Weber game earlier. UNC up by 2 with 5 mins left.

I think PSU is tired. Just Hoped they had 8 more minutes of gas. Because then tomorrow they would be dead. IMHO

Looks like UNC is going to survive here. PSU looks out of gas but credit them for hanging in there and not folding up the tent when they got down by 10. UNC alternately looks terrible and unstoppable.

I don’t think either of these teams will match up with the Bobcats. Tomorrow will be a solid Bobcat win whichever of these teams survive this game.

UNC played us the closest of any team. Split regular season games. 2 pt victory by each team. Won on last shot. I think kountz is super hot. And we don’t match up real well if they are shooting hot like tonight. UNC is 21-51 for threes last two games. We are 11-31. Our three point offense is hurting. Need to play them tight and keep kountz from getting in the rhythm like tonight. He had 30 in the second half. We need a strong inside game. Big concern is how well Belo can play inside.

I was fortunate enough to attend both games yesterday...(women and men). All I can say is I was exhausted after the Weber game. My goodness those were exciting, stressful games. Glad the Bobcats came out on top. Congrats to the Women's team and hats off to NAU on a gritty performance The Lumberjacks never gave and kept fighting. Lori Payne has done a heck of a job and NAU will be a formidable opponent in the future.

Now we need one more from the fellas.....Go Bobcats!!

When did he hurt it? I don't even remember him getting injured. I thought he sat out the last game for "maintenance" and then he shows up to the tourney with a big brace on his knee.

Sprinkle said post game that "he is a warrior, he probably shouldn't even be playing right now but he is fighting through it for his teammates."

I believe Sprinkle said in one of the press conferences this week that Belo originally hurt the knee in the SUU game last week.

MSU vs UNC, it was probably fate that this would end up as the title game after that crazy game a week ago today.

I talked to Jubriel last night after the game and he told me his knee was fine but he did have a pretty big ice pack on it and didn’t stand on it at all so my guess is it’s a little tender. It’s really nice that Osobar can come in for him, and we don’t lose much, cause he certainly couldn’t play 30 minutes on that knee.

Completely unrelated but does anybody else think X looks like a young Denzel Washington? Every time I see him up close I do.

Dang it. ESPNU is in this no man’s land for me. I get ESPN and ESPN2 and I pay for for ESPN+. But I don’t get ESPNU and package up to get it is something like $40 a month more. Looks like I’m watching this a BWW.
