The Bobcat Women's team won 71-58 at Idaho this afternoon to go 3-1 on the season. The Cat's 20 point lead at one time in the second half, but allowed the Idaho team to close the gab late in the game., but MSU controlled the game from the start. Interesting stats was that the Bobcats were 0-11 from 3 point land for the game. Freshman Ashley Albert scored 13 points on 5-6 shooting and in only 16 minutes of play. Katie Bussey was the leading scorer with 14 points. Strand and Albert with 13 points and Perry and Thornton both with 10 points. The lady Cats host their own tourney this week-end (Nov. 28th and 29th) you should try to make it to the field house and catch them.

Awesome! The disappointing game against BYU was the only time I have seen the women play so far, but the 3-0 road record is very encouraging and I don't think many of the BSC teams will be anywhere near as good as BYU is. Binford is doing an absolutely fantastic job with this team and recruiting players who fit well into her system - looking forward to watching the tournament this weekend.

It's always sweet to beat the wretched Vandals-no matter what sport. Nice job team!
