There will be some good basketball played this weekend at the Brick as the women host a holiday tip-off tourney. Games are Fri-Sat at 5:50 and 7:30. We play Friday at 7:30. Losers play Saturday at 5:05 and winners at 7:30. See you there!

Let's get out and support the 'Cats and not forget the other teams, too. When we are playing in a tournament I hate the sound of an empty arena on the radio. So head on down at 5 p.m. and let the other teams know we appreciate them coming up here to play and let the sponsors know we are happy to have the tournament back after a 2-year absence.

Good job, Trish and staff for getting the tournament back online again.

Go 'Cats!!!!!!!!!!

Women win big over Southern Utah. Play Winthrop for the Championship. Played real well on defense. Gonna be a battle against Winthrop. Be there at 5pm for the Southern Utah/Utah Valley game and then cheer on the Cat women at 7:30.

Is the MSU BSTV feed for real? Just a cam set up so the entire court is in view?? I can't even tell what is going on, this is pathetic.

'Cats win 60-41 in a great defensive performance. I think Bussey led the team with around 16 tonight - Strand won the Tourney MVP after setting a career high in rebounds last night and tying the school record with 6 blocks tonight. Next up is Gonzaga in a great doubleheader on Friday before the men open up conference play (for some reason) in early December.

We apologize for our Big Sky TV feed for the tourney. Due to students on vacation, we were very short-handed. Setting the camera high and letting it go was our only alternative. We went back and forth between just not showing the games and doing the high set-up, and I think if it ever happens again, we just won't show the games.
