Wonder if she will file a lawsuit against the judge for sexual discrimination...

I feel for the folks at Linfield that have to deal with this crazy woman as their WBB coach. She shouldn't be coaching ANYBODY.

Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

Can the courts force her to pay MSU's legal costs? It appears the first judge was quite clear in ruling that her lawsuit was bogus ... maybe there needs to be some risk on her end if she wants to keep pushing bogus claims (and costing the defendent's a lot of money in the process).

I guess we should also be upset at her wasting the time and money it costs for each of these federal trials ... I really doubt the 9th Circuit is all that interested in hearing her bogus claims, either. They tend to have significantly more important cases to hear.

The 9th Circuit Court just might want to hear this case...it's crazy enough. No matter what any judge says to her, she'll want to take this to the Supreme Court if she can. But that's what being bat-crap crazy will do for a person.

I think the ruling is correct. She should have never been the coach here in the first place. Frank McCarthy stepped on his own ding-dong and had to pull out of the job that would have been his. I knew she'd be a problem when I saw her shaking hands with boosters before her first game, seemingly paying no attention to the players. Things only went downhill from there. However, this episode, once appeals are sorted out, can pass into the history books. The women's basketball program we have now is in fine shape, but Tricia Binford had to pull an amazing rebuilding effort to build up from Potera's damage.

I agree with the ruling and not a fan of that crazy woman.

But why didn't she have a jury trial?

Basically because only certain types of civil cases are granted the right to a jury trial - this obviously wasn't one of those.
