Point guard informs head coach Jim Hayford he is transferring to the University of Utah
After previously informing a new coaching staff he was going to remain at Eastern Washington University, point guard Glen Dean notified new head coach Jim Hayford on Wednesday (May 11) that he has changed his mind and is leaving to attend the University of Utah.
"I was certainly surprised," said Hayford. "Since I was hired as head coach, he had made recent commitments to our program and his teammates to remain at Eastern."
Dean started 51 of the 53 games he played the past two seasons as an Eagle, averaging 12.7 points and 4.3 assists per game. He was the Big Sky Conference
Freshman of the Year in the 2009-10 season and was a second-team All-Big Sky Conference selection this past season.

Most likely another guy who transfers and does nothing of importance. Hope for the best with him, but I don't see him being that spectacular.
Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.

Seems like it's the same situation as Casey Trujeque. Last season Autry played in 23 games and averaged 6.9 minutes per contest as a true freshman. He averaged 1.5 points per game. He scored a career-high 10 points at Weber State, the only time he was in double figures this past season.
