The two times that MSU has really run into big trouble had to do with turnovers during full court press. I guess we'll see everyone do this now, so the Cats had better get it figured out quick. Not a good start to the conference season. 21 turnovers in the first half!!

It looked like in the first half MSU wasn't ready to match the intensity of the EWU team. A lot of the steals were due to the hustle and aggressiveness of the the Eagles. Good introduction to conference play. The same thing happened to the men when they played the Eagles.
At least this time the women's team responded. Both Kali Durham and Jackie Elliot show a lot of aggressiveness for freshman and came ready to play. The WBB teams in the Big Sky are very balanced, any road wins at all will be valuable.

Who da thought they could turn the ball over 34 times....they must not have been ready....I think they were reading their own press clippings. They are good ...but they still have to come to play and take care of the ball!
