Post by WSUWILDCAT » Tue Jan 10, 2012 1:40 pm

Hey Bobcat fans, what does everyone think about this year's team? Who is your go to guy your biggest threat and what are the expectations going forward in the season.

Looking forward to our game on thursday, anybody making the roadtrip?

You'll win. We'll be up by ten at some point and piss it away. With Lillard, you remind me a lot of EWU when they had Stuckey, only you have better players to support him.

Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.

The two teams (WSU and MSU) have different missions. WSU needs to win the Big Sky tournament, MSU needs to make the Big Sky tournament.

I wouldn't be surprised if Huse puts all his eggs in the NAU basket on this road trip, watching more NAU film and practicing against NAU's stuff whilst sacraficing the Weber game.

I think most of us aren't too optimistic about this group. Our best players are two guards: Christian Moon and Xavier Johnson-Blount. They can score lots of points. Our big guys don't score too much yet and we have a few players that have shown some flashes of talent, like forward Tre Johnson and guard Shawn Reed. It seems like this team is still trying to find an identity. That might be a hard task in the Dee Events Center against a very, very strong Weber team. Like others said, they might hold a lead for a little while.

I'm not sure where the men's team will end up overall. I'm hoping for Big Sky conference tournament, but I'm not so sure yet. Our women's basketball team should be a very strong title contender this year.

GO CATS!

This Wildcat fan still remembers a few years ago when MSU came into Ogden and won twice, if there is anything being in the Big Sky has taught us is you can never take anybody lightly or overlook anybody, Each team has the potential to beat any team on any given night, If Weber wants to beat MSU, then they need to take the Bobcats seriously, bring thier A-game and come ready for a Cat Fight, (which is usually what happens when these two teams match up)
