Pat Knight went on an epic rant ripping his seniors in the media. Guess what...they haven't lost since this rant.

You can definitely be as tough of a coach as you want....as long as your players respect you. Huse's players don't respect him.

I don't know (or even care) if he'e too tough, or if he's a frickin' teddy bear. I doesn't matter one way or the other to me, because coaches can be successful with a variety of personal styles. I just know that the results haven't been acceptable. In my mind, that's all that really matters.

I agree 100%...that's why I mock when people refer to Huse's style as a drill sergeant, and that it's impossible to win with that style. My point is that there are lots of really good coaches who are winning that are much harder on their players than Huse.John K wrote:I don't know (or even care) if he'e too tough, or if he's a frickin' teddy bear. Don't get me wrong...I'm certainly not advocating for Brad.
Also, it was a pretty funny video.

Yeah, I'd seen that before. It is pretty remarkable how the team responded to his rant. I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, as they say. Whatever gets the job done though...wbtfg wrote:I agree 100%...that's why I mock when people refer to Huse's style as a drill sergeant, and that it's impossible to win with that style.
