Thanks! Watching it on Root right now. It will be interesting to see how the Cats will do this year. I'm not expecting too much.

at least we are running. tired of having a running team play half court. just need to make some shots...

Yeah, I agree with you. I think the guys just need to get used to playing with each other. And like you said, start to get their shots to fall.

They are only kind of running the ball. they are not making a crisp break out pass.

We're good...at launching threes. We just can't hit any of them-not even close. We're also 0-5 from the line I believe-so that hasn't changed.
This is going to be a 40 point blow out-unless Seattle has pity on us.

Maybe we should just get rid of the basketball team and get hockey instead! Who would go watch the Montana State Bobcats on the ice?

I've gotta believe some of our guys were good basketball players in high school and/or junior college, but when they get in Huse's system they become terrible.

Perhaps. Down by 15. 15 turnovers, lousy FG and FT %. But they are at least hustling. Hit some shots and clean up the TOs, they'll be ok.

At least we seem to spend money on new uniforms every year! We have that going for our men's basketball team. Oh and the unis are uglier every year so that's neat. Someone let me know what our record is in February. My prediction is somewhere just below .500?

about what we've come to expect.
as a team we shot 26% for the half. 13% from three after launching 15 of them. and like always we shot 50% from the line.
add in our 15 to's and the fact that we have been outrebounded, have fewer steals and less assists...and i'm actually surprised we're only down 15.
bobcat hoops is going to be just brutal to watch this season. i'm hoping for a big 2nd half and give these kids something to get excited about.

didn't notice the uni's... At any rate, you are being to critical. They will get enough wins to get 6th and make the tourney. Then, they will pull out a fantastic win, only to drop the next game to end the season.

Here's what I have gleaned from the first half, plus getting updates: the roster gets thinner by the day/minute. Ryan Shannon is being redshirted right now. Christian Moon is academically ineligible for the first semester. Xavier Blount is nowhere to be seen - wasn't on the court or on the bench that I saw.

The announcers said that Blount was ineligible for the first 2 games.
