Tough win versus Southern Utah. The first half MSU did a great job of executing with Semansky and Adams leading the way. The only person struggling a little bit was Durham.
Stockton and Dawkins played some valuable minutes. Dawkins is really developing nicely as a player.
Cats had a lead at halftime of 12, but SUU closed the gap quickly with a very good rebounding effort. MSU kind of went cold in the second half and struggled against the Thunderbirds full press and matchup zone.
Semansky and Adams kept us in the game. Latisha played great.
Glad we got the win. SUU will challenge for the Big Sky crown. They are tough.
