A big thank you the the women's basketball team for correctly honoring the flag during the national anthem. In stark contrast to the visiting Seattle University team where not a single player or coach placed their hand over their hearts, the entire Bobcat team (and staff) stood united with hands over their hearts for the entire National Anthem. THANK YOU! You made the heart of an old veteran swell with pride

That is AWESOME! On of my biggest frustration is seeing athletes not put their hand on their hearts. Heck, in our house we stand up for the National Anthem when it's on TV and I instruct the kids to put their hands on their heart. Drives me bonkers! Way to go ladies!!
