Tough assignment tonight...but I'm not counting our Cats out. If we can hit some threes and not get in a hole early, I think we have a shot.

SUU was also a really, REALLY good team.... EWU is definitely legit, and should be the heavy favorites... but if the cats can put forth the same effort/intensity level that they had yesterday, they can beat anyone.

Hope for a crew that lets them play. Belo needs to not be in foul trouble. When he is free to play we are an order of magnitude better team. Watch that Todd from Breaking Bad look alike-6th man of theirs, the Aussie Tyler Robertson. That kid is a cold blooded assassin (just like Todd). Like Adamu did against SUU-we need somebody to get really hot. Mohamed needs to look to score more-I don't think the kid realizes how good he is. Xavier Bishop needs to shoot it better from the field-we go as he goes.

I'm betting Danny will steal from the Bengals game plan and will have a plan to manage Groves while reducing the risk to Jubrile. I'd put Abdul (the silk glove) on Aiken with Patterson giving him a breather. If our defense can repeat last night's performance, the offense will take care of itself.

On paper we don't have a chance, but that's why they play. Go Cats! Upsets DO happen!

Can we get the same ref crew as last night? They weren’t perfect, but they didn’t call some of the ticky-tack stuff on Belo.

Man, that’s some funny stuff. The biggest shiz-talker in the world is rooting for the Cats because he got his feelers hurt by shiz-talking EWU fans....during an absolute beat down (up by 25+) in first half. If there was ever a time for EWU fans to do a little chirping, last night was IT!

I was just listening to ESPN radio about an hour ago, on the national game day show, and this lady called in who was an EWU fan. Just sounded like a typical Eagles fan. Said MSU got lucky to get to the chipper (she's probably not wrong there) and that EWU would win and then "go through a few brackets" when they got to the big dance. I'm not sure what that means but I assume she thinks Eastern is going to make it to the Sweet 16 or better. The radio host asked what EWU's mascot was and she told everybody what the actual eagle's name was, and talked about how she had a stuffed animal version. It was a great listen--if I had a radio show I'd want the dumbest sounding person to call in once in a while. Like interviewing people in a trailer park after a tornado comes through.

Who will be in attendance?

Absolute worst start possible. Down 14-3 already. Can't make anything. Most everything falling for them. We better get it together soon or this is over before it even gets started.
