They're off to a good start. I think they're on another level from the rest of the BSC. I thought MSU was pretty fortunate to get a win against them. Go Bengals!

ISU tightened up in 2nd. Shots are way off. Hopefully Seton gets them refocused.

Not a good 2nd Qtr. Down 6 at the half.

This is the worst I've seen ISU play.

Kentucky’s defense has them totally out of sync.

Athleticism and length are tough to play against when not used to it. Out of sync to the point they are even missing open shots.

And not able to foul with impunity (all though that affects Idaho more) as fouls are getting called. Very few tie-ups, almost no diving on the floor. The game is being played standing up. Kentucky tightened things up in the second, but I had a feeling Idaho players may have seen a scoreboard. They were noticeably tense, leaving shots short, standing, indecisive — things they did not do in the first quarter. Big Sky teams simply need to be able to play more games against better opponents — that is a significant part of the gap. No more Frontier Conference teams for us, please. Those are opportunities lost, just like playing down for the football team. Maybe we can somehow get invited to more pre-season and holiday break tournaments. The team last year improved greatly while playing Minnesota, Texas A&M, etc. You could see the 19-1 Big Sky team appear after that. Congratulations to Idaho State — nothing to hang their heads about. Good job, Bengals.
